3. Shipping & Payment Terms

Nationwide Shipping: Orders shipped outside Greater Imphal require 100% prepaid payment.

Partial COD (Greater Imphal Only): Partial Cash on Delivery is available exclusively for the Greater Imphal region upon payment of an advance deposit (minimum ₹200–₹300 or 50% of the total order value).

Delivery Timelines: Delivery times provided (Same-day local, 3–5 days Air, 6–8 days Ground) are estimates and may vary due to transit or courier delays.

4. Unboxing Video Requirement

In the event of receiving a damaged or wrong item, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery accompanied by an uninterrupted, clear unboxing video.

The unboxing video must show the outer shipping package before it is opened or tampered with. Videos recorded after the package has been opened or cut will be deemed invalid.
